Repipe Champions does more than repipe existing buildings. We also install the plumbing in new multi-family buildings: apartment complexes, condominium projects, senior living, and mixed-use residential buildings. We work directly for owners and developers, or as the plumbing contractor for your general contractor.

The same crews and project managers who repipe occupied apartment buildings run our new-construction work, so you get a team that is used to tight schedules, multiple trades on site and city inspections unit by unit.

How bidding works

• Send your plans. Use the form below or call (408) 295-4309. Plumbing sheets, unit count and your target schedule are enough to start.
• Plan review and takeoff. We review the plumbing drawings and come back with questions before we price, not after.
• Written bid. You get a written bid with the scope spelled out, so you can compare it line for line with other bids.
• Schedule coordination. We plan our phases around your framing, drywall and finish schedule and coordinate with your superintendent.

Permits and inspections

We pull the plumbing permits, schedule the inspections and are on site for them. You get the signed-off permit record at the end of the job.

Where we build

We take multi-family projects across the entire Bay Area up to Santa Rosa, the North Bay, Greater Sacramento (Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties) and the Central Valley, including Stockton, Modesto and Fresno. Larger projects elsewhere in California on request.
