How We Repipe Raised Foundation Homes
When your home sits over a crawlspace (a “raised” foundation), we have direct access to the underside of the floor. The new supply system runs through the crawlspace and comes up to each fixture — which means fewer wall cuts and far less mess inside the home.
Work from the crawlspace
Our crew runs the new mains through the crawlspace, directly beneath the floor.
Come up to each fixture
Lines rise through the floor plate or the base of the wall to each sink, tub, shower, and toilet.
Minimal wall openings
Only short vertical runs (like a shower valve) need a wall cut — far less drywall work than a slab home.
Tie in the main & hose bibs
The incoming main, water heater, and exterior hose bibs are connected to the new system.
Insulate & strap
New lines are insulated and properly strapped to the floor framing in the crawlspace.
Patch the few openings
The limited access holes are patched and texture-matched.
Raised-foundation repipes are usually the fastest and least invasive type — most of the system never touches your finished walls.
